How many guests does the private room accommodate?
We recommend the room for groups of between 30 and 56. We have accommodated groups up to 120 using two adjoining rooms.
How are the menus determined?
All menus for private functions are pre-set. With pre-set menus, you and your guests usually start with Sierra’s Fresh Garden Market or soup and salad bar. Each guest then selects one from a list of up to five main courses (we do not need to know individuals choices in advance of the reservation). Pre-set menus also include a choice of coffee or tea. Dessert is optional and may be added for an additional charge.
A package of pre-set menu options is available for your consideration. These menus are based upon current restaurant selections and can be mixed and matched to suit your taste and budget.
How are the costs determined?
Charges for the functions are based upon food and beverage sales plus 13% taxes and 15% gratuities. You will be billed according to the guaranteed number given, or attendance, whichever is the great number.
A minimum guaranteed sales, plus taxes and gratuities may be required. Should the total food and beverage sales be less than the required minimum, the difference will be charged as a room rental fee.
Will there be a bar set up in the room?
Our wait staff will provide full cocktail service.
Can I hold a dinner meeting in the room?
Absolutely, but keep in mind that, although the room is private, it is not completely soundproof.
What items do I need to supply? What items do you supply?
We will print your personalized group menus at no extra charge. If you wish, we can arrange for linen tablecloths and add the charges directly to your final bill.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Bookings are made on a first-come first-served basis.
What time of day can we have our function?
The private dining room is available at any time.
How are payments made?
An initial deposit of $500 is required to book the private room. The balance will be paid by credit card at the conclusion of the event.
