Usually menus for group bookings are pre-set. With pre-set menus, you and your guests start with Sierra’s Fresh Garden Market, our soup and salad bar. Each guest then selects one from a list of up to five main courses (we do not need to know individual choices in advance of the reservation). Pre-set menus also include a choice of coffee or tea. Dessert is optional and may be added for an additional charge.


A package of pre-set menu options is available for your consideration. These menus are based upon current restaurant selections and can be mixed and matched to suit.


How are the costs determined?
Charges for the functions are based upon food and beverage sales plus 13% taxes and 15% gratuities. You will be billed according to the guaranteed number given, or attendance, whichever is the great number.


How are payments made?
An initial deposit of $200 is required to book the private room. The balance will be paid by credit card at the conclusion of the event.
